The 3rd Duke of Abercorn’s Mayfair townhouse has been transformed into sweeping apartments, The Tatler 24.03.21

NCA has undertaken the complete rebuild of six luxury apartments whilst retaining the existing facade of a large Victorian terraced house in the Mayfair Grosvenor Estate. The core of the project is a new sweeping staircase in Pietra Serena sandstone, polished stainless steel balustrade and walnut handrail, plus the integration of a new lift. Each apartment is carefully designed to a high specification with black oak flooring, kitchen and doors, leather panelling and bespoke furniture in pale ash. The red brick and terracotta facades are restored to their original states.
