Lightness, clarity and understatement define the remodelling and re-planning of this large apartment located in a central London Edwardian mansion block. The muted palette of materials is carried throughout the open plan space and the coordinated built-in furniture. A sequence of book shelves designed to house an extensive collection of art literature draws the eye towards the study. The light and spacious kitchen is organised around a marble and stainless steel kitchen island, the focal point for an extended family of adults.
